Terrible
Hertz failed to honor our confirmed reservation twice. After sending us from Phoenix to Tempe for a replacement car, that car was gone when we arrived. We were forced to pay $794 instead of the agreed $375. Hours wasted, terrible customer service, and still waiting for Hertz to take responsibility.

Staff was friendly
Staff was friendly, vehicle was clean. Only minor issue was resolved without hesitation in their behalf.

I walked in around 4:30 p.m.
I walked in around 4:30 p.m., and KeAndre was the only employee working at that moment. He helped two other customers before me in no time, while still being very professional and attentive.
I had an awful experience with Hertz over the summer, so I was honestly just hoping for an okay experience this time. But after seeing how KeAndre handled everything, I immediately felt so much better. He was very knowledgeable, calm, and prompt. He answered all of my questions, accommodated my situation, and most importantly, he was very sympathetic and understanding. That meant a lot to me, especially since I was renting a car after being in a car accident.
When I returned the car, I met two other employees, Willis and Jaime, who were also excellent. They were friendly and made the return process easy and pleasant.
Overall, I had such a great experience with this branch. I highly recommend them and will definitely come back!

I returned the car prior to my return time and was charged a late fee. All information on the receipt does not have any contact information to dispute this charge without disputing the entire bill through my credit card.
