I rented a minivan for a week 9/2-9/9…
I rented a minivan for a week 9/2-9/9 to take my family on a road trip. I rented a Chrysler Pacifica but at pick up that model was unavailable. I was given a KIA instead. I had no choice but to accept the substitution. I was not told of any toll pass program. After driving for several hours and many miles from Syracuse I started hearing strange sounds from the front suspension. Checked everything and saw no damage but the sound persisted. Made my trip and returned van back to rental office. Thought nothing of it until I was charged $237 for a toll pass program I never knew about. I avoided all toll roads during his trip and now I am out this money and I cannot get an hold of anyone in Hertz customer service to rectify this.

Upcharged
Booked a full size car. When I arrived I was told there were no full size cars and then up charged $15 a day for a small suv/crossover. The car was dirty and the windshield was grimy.
