Hertz - Saint Charles - East Main Street Arvostelua 

The customer service provided by Jeff and Sam was top notch. They are attentive, respectful, and professional. I will continue to rent cars from the St. Charles location because of the customer service.

Smooth transaction, quick in and out

The entire experience was very nice. The only suggestion I would make is the staff in St. Charles is consistently rude.

The SUV was very dirty mainly inside the vehicle. Finger prints everywhere, crumbs in the front and back seats as well as throughout the counsel. I had to actually get wipes I had to clean off the seats and steering wheel before I got in. I have rented cars before from the St.Charles facility, and typically the cars are ready when needed and clean inside and out. This was an extremely disappointing experience.

Great customer service at this location. Car was ready for me, clean and full of fuel. Was a perfect choice for my rental. Easy in and out picking up and the same for the return, quick and easy.

Wasnt greeted when I walked in, very awkward. Gentleman gave me the keys. Didnt pull it up or tell me where it was. Had to walk out in the rain across the parking lot

Went to pick up the passenger truck that I rented, and the truck was dented in the front bumper, and the sensors were pointed inward. I asked the rep if it's driveable, and he stated yes. Photos were taken (thank god), and I got in the vehicle only to discover it was absolutely disgusting. Crumbs in the cracks of the seats, pink nail polish on the roof, what looked like dried vomit on the rear passenger door. This vehicle should not have been rentable. I spent an hour cleaning the inside before I could even leave. Fast forward to the 22 hour road trip, and the cruise control did not work, the sensors sent warnings every 20 minutes, and the auto braking could not be turned off. All of this for 22 hours there, 22 hours back. What fun. Now, let's really fast forward. I just received an email reporting that I damaged the front bumper. And that I need to fill out the incident report. Almost 30 days later. Thank god I took pictures. When I called Customer Support, not only were they apathetic, they just kept insisting that I was lucky I took out the LDW insurance (which was more than the actual rental). No credit. No voucer. I was lucky.

I do not think I will ever rent from Hertz again until they start being a better company. This is unacceptable from a national chain. I felt like I rented a car from "Bob's bargain mart" or something. They really should be ashamed.

Stop using plate pass for tolls.cost me $24 for them to pay tolls. I willnot use hertz again. I expected 14 days to pay the tolls
