The updates to my profile that I completed online prior to picking up my rental were not reflected in the system at the location. We had to go through all of it again. Also, the rental agreement automatically added in extra charges that I had previously declined. It felt like Hertz was trying to trick me.

Obtaining the rental was the ordeal…
Obtaining the rental was the ordeal. The young lady at the counter clearly did not want to be there and didn’t seem to want to help me. I tried to be nice; I tried to be understanding, but I can’t deny her attitude certainly brought a possible 5/5 to 3/5. The car (Nissan Rogue) was clean and pleasant to drive. Returning the car was easy enough. I gave the gentleman my keys and he said he would send my receipt via email. The charges were what he said they would be. All in all, the experience of renting here was positive and affordable. The young lady representative made a good experience into a mediocre one.

Terrible service
I was over charged last time for 2 extra days - no one from hertz as responded to . My car was not there wen I checked in because i ad said 8am and arrived at 8:35. Attica acted like se was doing me a favor by finding me another vehicle for $8 a day more. I need to stop renting from hertz.
