Hertz - Randolph - S Main Street Arvostelua

My family and I were at the Hertz location in Randolph, Massachusetts, and unfortunately, due to the extremely hostile and discourteous treatment we received from the employee China Few, we decided to cancel our reservation.

This experience turned what should have been a pleasant interaction with a renowned company into a very disappointing and frustrating experience. For this reason, we cannot recommend Hertz based on what happened to us.

We believe that customer well-being, respect, and professional service should always be a priority. Unfortunately, our experience suggested otherwise, and we are deeply disappointed that this type of conduct is tolerated at a company of Hertz's reputation.

I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. The process was smooth to rent as well as the return.

The location was extremely disorganized. I arrived one to two hours before the closing time listed online specifically to ensure that I would not arrive after closing. Despite this, I was charged for an additional two hours, and my required return time was moved forward by two hours. Considering that I had already paid approximately $1,000 for the rental, this felt unreasonable especially since I arrived early only to accommodate the location’s operating hours.

There was also no clear system for determining which customer was next in line. The employee appeared to be handling too many things at once. I understand that there was only one worker available, but the lack of organization created unnecessary confusion and delays.

When I returned the vehicle, approximately five or six customers were left waiting for an extended period while the manager and another employee went back and forth about an unrelated outside issue. If the company is going to enforce return times so strictly, it should show customers the same respect by serving them promptly and not leaving them waiting indefinitely.
