There's a slight wait, but pick up is ok. Availability is low, but given that this is a small rental car place, it is understandable. Not as formalized as Hertz in airport, but works ok.

I've always had good experiences at this location. On rare occasion, a car has been offsite (but retrieved in short order) but the staff has always been courteous and professional.
Calvin explained all paperwork, insurance, and what is expected from the renter, replacing tank of gas etc...
Easy and quick pickup, clean car with a full tank, easy dropoff.
