Overall they provide great customer service. Wasn’t too keen on the one time I accidentally left something extremely important in the glove box, I called and showed up the next day and it was just no where to be found. I take full accountability on leaving it there I just wish the follow up was a little better considering how critical the item was that I left.

A specific car was reserved in July of 2026. When I arrived in October to pick it up, the representative stated that there was one car available, and it was nowhere close to the one that was reserved. It was a Nissan Versa, and I reserved a large sedan. I also happen to be 6’3” tall, and the Versa is tiny. I had to take it, as I had no choice in the matter. Needless to say my wife was quite upset. I am a Gold Member and have been a customer for years. It was disappointing. This actually wasn’t the first time we experienced an issue, but it will be the last.

I had a reservation, but when I arrived, there were no vehicles available. It was extremely frustrating to make a reservation and still not have a vehicle ready. On top of that, the customer service was very disappointing. The lack of communication and professionalism made the experience even worse. I expected better service and a much smoother process. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

The process takes a while so show up with plenty of time, especially if you need to be anywhere after. The vehicle was clean and nice.

Car was very nice. Good condition. Check in was slow, unreasonably long, and painful. Arrived and there was 4 parties waiting for a rental. There were two employees but they seemed to not have much urgency. In fact one employee went to a shop two doors down to pick up a vanity drink during all this. Hertz procedure does not seem to make check-in fast and easy at remote locations. One party took around 30 minutes to get a car because they did not have a reservation, only had a debit card, and had no automobile insurance. These customers should be referred to the 800# to go through the registration. I will try and avoid a local rental office moving forward as a last resort. This rental office seemed like it was 1995 again. Use technology Hertz. Let us experienced customers enter our info and res # on a touch screen so we can just pick up the car after quick verification with a employee.

I have got a much better car for a slight increase in price, overall it has been a great experience both at the ofgice and on the road.

The Northridge location is always a pleasure to deal with. Great staff!

Great service and easy online management.

Dirty vehicles and horrible vehicles handling. For a large suv it felt slow and crappy like and old sedan.

Waited 45 - 60 mins for a Reservation made days ahead..... They never have cars READY !
They get them "READY" as you wait ! ???
