Great experience
The young lady who helped me was very helpful and was able to get me a car on very short notice. It was much appreciated! She was the one there when I picked up and also when I dropped off. She made it a very easy process for me and was also very kind while doing it. I would recommend working with her every time!

Hertz do better!
The Kia SUV was dirty exterior and interior. It also had a need service light on on the dashboard. They don’t answer the phones when you call the office. They need to have a separate counter just for Uber car drivers. Having car rental and Uber both at the same counter makes for a long wait time to check in or check out the vehicle.
