I rented a car from this location from Tuesday 09/15/2026 through Friday09/18/2026. I had told them that I was going to return it Friday at 6 PM and the representative told me it was no problem when I went to return the vehicle and drop off the keys at the express dropbox on that Friday, I was done charged for two additional days for dropping off the car when they were closed. It is totally unfair that I paid for two days when I’ve had dropped the car off on Friday. It doubled my rental expense. I called the local store that Monday and they gave me no solution. Just gave me a number to call. I called that number just for them to say that they’re working on it. It was terrible experience and I still have yet to receive the refund. I will NOT be going back to that location again.

I was charged a $250 cleaning fee…
I was charged a $250 cleaning fee despite the car being in pristine condition when returned. I had vacuumed the car just before dropping it off. The representative would not look the car over so I took pictures to show the condition the car was in if necessary
