I’ve be using this branch extensively for 2 years now and have only have great experiences. The staff is extremely friendly and professional and is always helping me out.
The Sales Representatives weren't the nicest, polite or professional in my own opinion. Then they even tried to over charged me because I arrived 3 hours earlier for my reservation.
Nicole is priceless when she explains everything to me. makes me feel like a valued family member of Hertz

The staff at Hertz Horton Ave in Lynbrook are excellent! The ladies there get customers in and out. They keep the place running as smooth as possible even when there is a crowd. I had to temporarily switch to JFK location due to high cost however I'm glad to be back at the Lynbrook location, mostly due to the team at Hertz Lynbrook !
