Hertz - Katy - Katy Freeway Arvostelua 

Smaller vehicle than what I reserved. Vehicle #12 was very dirty inside and out and had half a tank of gas. Vehicle #2 was very dirty and had no gas, was on 'E' and the light was on. Both vehicles 'service soon' lights were on. V2 had a flat but did not have a jack or tools. I texted your ROASDSIDE ASSISTANCE but they refused to work with me as I am physically unable to 'call in' due to cancer surgery from last year. Y'all sucked on every level of this 3 week event.

When I come to this location I’m never recognized as a gold club member or any kind of member employees seem very apathetic.

I rented a car from this Hertz location for a full month. On return day, I arrived at the original address to find the store completely empty — no staff, no notice on the door, nothing. Hertz never called, emailed, or updated the new address in their app. Zero notification.

That wasted my entire morning. I called customer service and sat on hold for 30 minutes, only to be told to return the car to a different location — without a word about the extra fee for a different-location return.

I drove to that second location, where the staff told me they had moved and gave me the "new" address. It was wrong. I drove back and forth multiple times, burning time and gas.

In the end I found the real new location by asking around — an employee at the Chipotle nearby had to tell me where Hertz moved to. A fast-food worker knew more about this Hertz location's whereabouts than Hertz's own customer service did.

No communication about the move, wrong address from their own staff, undisclosed fees, and a whole morning wasted. One of the worst customer experiences I've had. Avoid this location if you can.

Low Customer service and Car was dirty! Rental place was closed and moved to new location on return and No Call about it!!
Got text location would be closed during the week for my pickup, called 10 times no one answered during open hours. 800 number couldn’t find d any reason it would be closed
Staff was not nice or professional to the other guests
Store was shut down upon return after 5 days rental! No one calked and total I convenience
More training on customer service is needed and ANDWER THE PHONE at THE LOCATION.

Always a great experience, However, moved from Katy freeway to N Mason, I booked 3 weeks in advance, they could have sent an email stating it was a new location. Other than that, car was great. Employees are pleasant

At the moment of pick up the car all good. only thing they told me is that the car was showing an alert about the tires pressure, but it was a sensor failure.
At the time of returning the car..we went to the address, we remove everything from the car and then we found the office door closed and small note saying, "We move to a new address"..seriuosly? I picked up the car 2 days earlier, why nobody told me? so we drove another 10 min or so. then I received the invoice by email showing 40$ charge for Upgrade.. we got the car I booked... exact same car. I did sent a request to review the invoice.. no news after a week passed and when I called, the machine said is with the "billing team" and it could take up to 60 days for them to review it... crazy.. here I'm waiting

Great customer service picking up my car and the car.

The crew are very professional and extremely knowledgeable. The process of moving to the new location needs to be accomplished as soon as possible, the existing location is very hard to navigate when leaving your vehicle to use the rental.

The guys at pick up location were great and made the check in and have the vehicle process smooth and enjoyable.

The Katy Fwy location is not a good representation of Hertz. They tried to make me accept a very dirty vehicle at pick up. Both the interior and exterior of the vehicle was very dirty. The lady there boldly said I should have requested for the vehicle to be cleaned at reservation for them to clean vehicles before pickup. I have never heard of this before!

Also the rental contract shows full tank of gas at pick up, but the vehicle had almost empty gas. When I told them this was wrong and deceptive practice, the lady again stated that their default on rental agreement was full tank; they can go fill the gas for me or I can also return the vehicle on empty if I choose to. I requested they filled the gas before I leave the lot as this was my 2nd time experiencing same issue at this location.

The whole experience was terrible, and I believe this is particular to the Katy location.

My experience was Great! The car I rented was not going to accommodate my trip and the lady at customer service made certain that she try to help locate me a Mimi Van so that I could be completely satisfied. Only problem I had was the return more agent need to be on staff.

The person on counter was very rude and unhelpful.
Took too long to get the car return.
