Hertz - Kahului - Kahului Airport (OGG) Arvostelua 

Great options for vehicles...the vehicle I picked up had just over 3000 miles indicating Hertz tries to keep a "fresh" inventory. The check out and return processes were both very efficient.

Ease of rental car pick up and ease of drop off.

Easy check in and out. Clean and reliable SUV. Just what I wanted.

Excellent facilities at the airport. Friendly Hertz people.

The car only had 1/4 tank of gas when I picked it up despite the paper work claiming it to be full. I did not notice this until after leaving the facility. Getting someone on the phone to deal with it was difficult. Once I got to an appropriate person it was dealt with, but getting to that point was unnecessarily cumbersome, difficult and time consuming.

Convenience and customer service

While check in took a bit of time, return was seamless. Timely, and so pleasant.

My only problem was with the poor signs for Hertz Gold board. I have mobility issues and went left towards Hertz signs resulting in my having to walk all the way down to the opposite side to see the Board.

I would of given you a 5 star if I would have received the suburban that was ordered. We need a bigger vehicle and the Expedition was not as big as what I reserved.

I had a very poor experience at the Hertz location at OGG Airport. The staff member was extremely unhelpful and had a dismissive attitude. When I asked whether any other SUVs were available as an upgrade—since I am a President’s Circle member, he told me that only a base-level sedan was available, even though I had reserved a Jeep Wrangler.

I could clearly see that there were many other vehicles available, but he deliberately limited my options to sedans. This is clearly not how Hertz should treat its President’s Circle members.

Perfect, new car. Great service. Just perfect

Easy to pick-up, check out attendant was friendly and helpful, car return was fast and simple.

Everything mosyly good. just difficult to find our vehicle at pickup. Also a maintenance message came up right away but the arrendanf couldn’t make it go away. It kept coming up again each day.

Customer service was great. But the cleanliness of the vehicle was disgusting.

The process is so easy

Quick and easy process to pick up and return vehicle.

Everything about my experience was not great. The car "choices" were either 2 dirty Rogues (what I booked) or subcompact Kicks (too small). The car I ended up with had key issues and included some personal belongings from the previous renter. I was told there would be a $1 charge put on my personal card (this was a work trip), which is true. There was also a separate $199 charge, though. The return process took longer than I expected and no one cared about any of these issues. I had no choice for this booking but I would never recommend Hertz to anyone.

Car was ready. Easy check-in and check out. Bill was correct.

Easy to get the car. Name was not on the board, but the desk had the car information already processed. Not my favorite vehicle - Volkswagon Taos.
