Good reliable car.Once I returned it was due for a oil change.I think the tires need balance and rotate also.But otherwise the car got me to Memphis and back to Jacksonville.

Great customer service

Good reliable car.Once I returned it was due for a oil change.I think the tires need balance and rotate also.But otherwise the car got me to Memphis and back to Jacksonville.

I waited over an hour to get my rental…

I waited over an hour to get my rental car. Your computers were not working and I was told several times too bad, there’s nothing we can do. We can’t give you your car even though you showed up on time and didn’t everything correctly. I had to push and push to get the employee to call management to find an alternate solution. I was late getting to my destination. It was an awful experience.

Poor service

I was supposed to pick up the car at 5:30 pm as per the reservation. I arrived a few minutes past 5 pm. The lady at the counter said that they are already closed and I have to come back tomorrow. When I showed the reservation, she mentioned that they changed the timing a week back and there is nothing she can do. Fortunately there was a gentleman at the next counter who was able to get my car.
