Reservation, Pick-up, and Drop-off were very easy and efficient.
The reservation system was very user friendly. The process of pick-up and drop-off were very easy. The car was a little dirty, but otherwise a great experience.

Walk off plane straight to car
Did have an overcharge which was resolved . It was ideal to walk off of the plane and almost immediately step into a car with many to choose from and keys in them.

I appreciate the convenience of Hertz Gold Service which facilitates walking directly from
my seat on the plane to my rental car without having to stop for any reason. I also enjoy being able to select a car and appreciate the occasional unexpected upgrade like on my last rental. Exiting and returning to the Hertz parking area is also quick and easy. My first choice in rental cars is Hertz.

All was good
All was good! The one issue was that my car was to be found in the President's Club. I rented an SUV, and there were not any in the "club". But I did eventually find one. I spent way too much time at the Hertz area, and should have been in and out much faster.

The vehicle I requested was not available to me and had to take a smaller vehicle. If I am booking a specific car type, it should be reserved for me. Will be booking elsewhere next time for my travels.

Making the reservation was simple and being able to go straight to the vehicle and bypass the counter made the entire process simple and easy.

Everything was incredibly easy
Everything was incredibly easy. From start to finish. The only thing I did not like was that the car I chose smelled of cigarettes and marijuana. I should have chosen a better car. So, that part is on me that I stuck with it. I thought the smell would just go away after a day or 2 but it lingered the whole trip to the point I felt like I smelled of it when I got out of the car each time.

Very nice vehicle
Very nice vehicle, even with 59K miles. My name was on the board, but it said to visit office. I thought perhaps there might be more than one large SUV to choose from, but the Ford Expedition was perfect.

I MOVED AWAY FROM YOU SEVERAL YEARS AGO DUE TO YOUR POOR SERVICE. HOWEVER, AFTER RECEIVING A PROMOTIONAL DISCOUNT TO COME BACK I CONSIDERED TRYING HERTZ AGAIN?
WRONG DECISION !! MY RECENT RENTAL AT INDIANAPOLIS, IN ON (9/9/26 TO 9/16/26) PROVED MY POINT. I WILL BE WRITING A LETTER TO COVER ALL THAT WENT WRONG WITH HERTZ FROM START TO FINISH. I WILL EXPECT SOME TYPE OF COMPENSATION FROM HERTZ FOR MY ABSOLUTELY DEGUISTING SERVICE. MY REVIEW FROM A SURVEY IS INAPPROPRIATE FROM A GOLD MEMBER WHICH YOU DON'T EVEN SHOW ANY LOYALITY, NOR OFFER ANY SPECIALITY SERVICE.
MY FUTURE CHOICES WON'T BE HERTZ !!
