Good customer service can be hit or miss these days, so I really appreciate having someone like Justin who is consistently great every time I see him. He’s one of the main reasons I’ve continued to have such a positive experience with Hertz.
Hertz is lucky to have him. If you’re dealing with Justin, you’re in good hands!
