Employee Courteous/Company Not so much
Employee is nice, make it easy, but I was charged extra for fuel that I filled in the tank. The deposit I was required to put down wasn't on any receipt (still not released from my bank). I filled the fuel less than 2 miles away from the Hertz dealer, and get charged 40 extra dollars for being 3 gallons short, make sure you keep your receipts, and if you get charged for a deposit, get a receipt that clearly shows the deposit.
