Hertz - Fayetteville - Promenade Parkway Arvostelua 

I completely don’t like it when car rental cars allow you to book a car and then you get there they do not have the car you rented available. So paid for my rental with my Delta airlines so I was stuck renting a vehicle I totally would not drive in real life. We were in time crunch and they could not help us other than give use a less than standard and they actually charged me more even though I was inconvenienced!

I was disappointed that the vehicle was not new. I was actually shocked that it had over 100,000 miles and you could tell. It was okay clean but definitely had been driven before we got it because it had bug guts on the windshield. Someone had been smoking in the vehicle before us and my granddaughter even questioned the smell. Also, when we were checking in, someone came in after us needing an invoice from a previous trip and although someone was helping them, our attendant stopped what they were doing on the computer and pulled up the information for these people? That was extremely rude to not focus on us. This location might not can control the fleet but the vehicle could have been cleaner, no smell, and better customer service.

I visited with the rental car companies in Fayetteville, GA and Hertz impressed me the most. Your people and excellent customer service, the facility and your fleet are outstanding.

Location was easy to find. Although they were not able to honor the price I found on Priceline or the car size I reserved, my experience was still positive. It felt hassle free

The establishment was clean, the manager was friendly, professional and accommodating. I upgraded from a van to a Suburban so I had to wait for them to clean the Suburban, but that was the only inconvenience I experienced. The drop-off was seemless.

Your manager at the Fayetteville Ga Pavilion was rude and unbothered by the lack of vehicles for myself and 3 other customers. The car I reserved wasn't available. The manager tried to up sell my reservation cause of the holiday even though I had previously reserved for a different price. We argued and she agreed to give me the original rate, but then she charged me and extra 200 dollars. And no it wasn't the holding fee I paid 400 for a 200 dollar rental. I called and complained and got the difference refunded allegedly. Its been 3 business days and I still don't have my refund even though I have an email saying it was refunded. Where's my money? This experience was absolutely terrible I feel like every person I have talked to is just telling me one thing but doing another.
