Great car and great customer service. The only reason I didn’t put 5 stars is because the car kept telling me maintenance required since the first time I got in. Feel like that should be taken care of before renting out. Other than that great experience.

As a hertz gold member, I am used to choosing my own vehicle. I went out of my way and paid extra to go to the DSM Airport to do so and was told that was not an option. As a result, I was not happy with the vehicle provided

Headlights were no good
Headlights were no good, low beams had a shadow that made driving the dark highways dangerous. Customer service via phone was not great and wanted to charge me double for 2 extra hours. And all the windows were so dirty I had to clean them myself. No one reached out after I asked them too and the auto response to review is junk and takes you in circles.
