Overall OK, vehicle could have been cleaner both inside and outside.

Dirty car. Really filthy. Windshield was dangerously dirty

There was a apple airtag somewhere in the car that kept trying to connect with my phone. For a woman traveling alone, this is unsettling. When I told the man working, he said the person who collected the car would check it out. He didn't ask which car I had.
I returned the car a full 24 hours in advance with no refund for the last day. I explicitly clicked no payment for insurance, no purchase for gas, and no toll package. I was charged for the toll packaged.
I am not sure I would rent with Hertz again.

Cleanliness of vehicle was not good.

The Hyandai Tucson was brand new and an excellent vehicle. The check in and check out was seamless. I will definitely rent from Hertz again.

Easy pickup and drop off…cars are always in great condition and newer models

we rented in Denver and there were a few concerns. I was told when I inquired during the process of renting that I needed to go to the desk to add my husband as a driver. We did that and the women who waited on us told us we should get our car and do it at the exit. It may have been correct but no where did I find that. After we returned the car. I told the driver that we wanted the east side of the airport, he said that he only goes to the west side, but it was only a short walk. We went to the west side. However when we were waiting for hotel pick up we saw Hertz buses stopping on the west side

Terrible check in, pre checked but had to go in all they did was try to oversell on extra such as toll passes, extra insurance, and gas refill, took 40 minutes to check in after I did precheck. Car was filthy dirty inside and out had not been cleaned from previous renter of the car. Bird poop running down the side. Food that fell on the floor in the car which was melting chocolate, crumbs in the cup holder. Totally disgusting. Called customer service offer $100 off I want half of the rental for lost time and dirty car which is $150.00. We rented this to go to my sons wedding. DISGUSTING!!!!!!

The level of service at Denver airport is unmatched, they go out of their way to facilitate the rental and make it great. Staff is excellent

Was told to pick a car since I’m President’s Circle. First car we tried was full of flies due to a spill that hadn’t been cleaned up. We picked a different car but later noticed it was also pretty dirty with lots of unvaccuumed crumbs, etc. One day into it reveal the car wouldn’t start due to low battery even though we didn’t leave any lights on or otherwise cause it to drain. Road service was able to jump it but theni was told by the phone rep to get the battery replaced myself and hertz would reimburse me. I had to push back in order to be allowed to exchange the car. Had to drive to the airport and then it took too long to complete the paperwork with the rep needing to call her manager to help. All in all very frustrating and unwelcome waste of time during our vacation.

The pickup and drop off were very easy but when we picked up the mini van it was nasty. The inside had stuff spilled everywhere the floor was not vacuumed there was rocks in the glovebox and trash in the floor. Driver seat and middle seat had spills everywhere

Ease of getting the car and starting our vacation as welll as the turn in process. Great communication throughout the rental.

I am a Gold member. The car I requested was not noted and I had to wait for more than 30 minutes for the vehicle to be located. In the meantime, the board outside indicated that my vehicle was in space #48, but there was no vehicle in that space. The correct vehicle was finally brought to the front. We received no instructions how to lower the back seats to fit our luggage and had to search for assistance. The windshield was filthy inside and out which made it difficult to see, especially at night.

Car chosen was not available and prepaid gas option was not the same even though I confirmed with the attendant it would be. I would’ve declined the prepaid gas had I known the price difference.

Trying to charge me 250 dollars for dog hair. 250!!!!!
No notice it is even a problem and certainly no more than 5 minutes of vacuum which I assume you are doing anyway

Easy pickup. Even easier drop off.

Staff, location,quality of vehicle, easy to pick up and return! And our driver back to Denver international Dave was superb
