Not customer focused !!
Vehicle NOT cleaned properly, left over receipts from previous renter
Tried to return early due to medical emergency--called this location, no answer--called corporate, on hold 15 minutes, hung up--drove to this location for early return, associate stated "if someone on phone and we are outside, phone does not get answered" (this is NOT customer service)--requested early return, associate mgr stated on at airport or another location with "drop off charge" (again NOT customer focused), no key drop at this location.
Tried correcting billing issue as declined accident coverage and road side assistance when renting (yet on the contract), this location said to wait 24-48 hours after returning. Waited and called again, another 14 minutes on hold after asking for LINE AGENT over a dozen time--very NON-customer focused again............7 to 10 days for refund, yet immediate charge for rental ???
