The rental went well the only issue was I had to pay for an additional day due to arriving a few hours early.

Good Service
Our flight was delayed getting into Cedar Rapids so the hybrid car we reserved had already been assigned to someone else. They did have another hybrid (Kia Niro) which they offered us but my husband was reluctant since he was not familiar with Kia cars. We decided to take that vehicle for the 8 days we would be needing a rental and were very pleased with our experience.

Your car cleaner left a quarter soda bottle of chewing tobacco spit in the vehicle when I picked it up. GROSS.

Reservation process means nothing
The type and size of vehicle we reserved was not available at our scheduled pick up time. This is misleading and very irresponsible to allow customers to reserve certain vehicles based on their needs and then to not have those vehicles.
The staff members working were very apologetic and helped to make the situation better as much as possible.
They are the reason this isn’t a lower rating.
