Poor customer service & car detailing
TheEXTREME smell of marijuana in the car was unbearable. I had to leave the windows down everyday. I was not able to change the drop off location no matter who I called because the girl at the counter said she already swiped my card and is now unable to change it, BECAUSE I PAID IN FULL. I called both the reservation and drop off location and the 800 number. No one "had the ability" to change the location. There for I had to cross the 5 lane Cheektowaga highway at rush hour and no one was working prior to 8am to give me a ride, no shuttle is available across the street to the airport.
The actual car was the thing that wasn't an issue.

3 stars only. One star because the customer service at the location was friendly. Another star because the car was clean. Other than that, I was not happy with this experience. Know that this location *IS NOT AT THE AIRPORT*! I had to drag all my luggage over 8 lanes (not exaggerating) of traffic, to get to this location. Also, I requested an SUV and all they had was a Jeep. The reason I needed an SUV was because I was going to be driving my elderly mother around town for my dad's Celebration of Life (we currently live out of state). I had to park directly upon a curb for her to struggle to get in the Jeep; it was rough. Again, the staff was friendly and the car was clean, but other than that, not a good experience.
