Hertz - Bloomington - 2nd Avenue South Arvostelua 

Love there prices and cars been with them for a while now.

Staff charged me a smoking fee after the fact a couple weeks after the return.

The vehicle had a bad smell as if an animal urinated in it. I've rented from here many many times and never had this type of experience. It is unfortunate, but this time I was very disappointed. My wife initially had a headache while riding in the vehicle but with the outside air circulating it became bearable but noisy with the circulating fan running at a higher speed than usually necessary.

I will still rent from here because I'm a regular and this was clearly an exception to their normal great service. But I need to be truthful so corrective action can be taken.

My appointment to pick up a vehicle was scheduled for 5:00 pm but I got a call at 4:20 pm and was advised that the office closed at 5:00 so I needed to come in earlier. I had already scheduled an Uber pickup and was not able to change the pickup time. I called the Richfield office back and explained my predicament and let them know that I couldn’t be there till 5:00. My day had been very stressful and then I was panicking about having to find another vehicle. Thankfully the staff at the Richfield office understood my predicament and graciously agreed to wait for me. I got to the office at 5:01 and was all checked in and out of there by 5:10. Shout out to the Richfield staff for helping me out that day!

I'm usually greeted with keys ready for a car that meets the needs you have notes on my account for. That was not the case this time. Plus I thought i was eligible for an upgrade but I must have misunderstood. I will ALWAYS need a car with power driver's seat and heated seats due to my physical issues. Not sure how to make sure that's noted and followed each time.

Getting the minivan I needed was great and they made it happen. When I booked for a specific minivan and you issued a different minivan that wasn't helpful because I needed all the seats to go down and length of the minivan mattered. If you have issued the minivan I booked than I would have given the maximum stars.

Made the process extremely quick and easy will definitely be renting when I come back again

Was fast and easy they where ready and they even upgraded the vehicle at no cost no hassle from them. I will rent from them from now on.

The car was good and the staff was awesome

I was charged for an additional driver. As a gold member my spouse should have been included without an additional charge. According to Hertz corporate my spouse was listed as an additional driver and not a spouse.
When calling the office that I rented from I was told that I have to have 5 rentals before my spouse is included as an additional driver. I see nothing in the Hertz program that indicates this requirement. In fact, I rented from a different Hertz location 3 weeks ago and did not have this issue.
Very poor customer service!
