Reserving a car online was easy. The representative at Bangor Airport was quick and friendly at pick up and return. The car was clean.

Great customer service

The customer service clerk who issued my vehicle helped me when I accidently cancelled my reservations when I was trying to adjust my pickup time to earlier in the day. When I changed the pickup time, it jumped the price up from ~$789 to ~$2000. She helped me get the rate corrected. Although I was not able to get the car I had reserved (Maxima), the replacement we liked better (Nissan Kick).

Additional operator fee

I think the additional operator fee is outrageous; when you are paying over $160 dollars a day for a rental another licensed passenger should be able to drive it at no charge! Also, the concession fee recovery of $220 dollars is ridiculous high. I had confusion about my drop off and tried to reach a the rental desk three times and no one picked up before the call dropped.

Bangor car rental very easy

Car was ready when I arrived. Check-in was easy, car was right outside. Return was also easy. I parked, took the keys inside, return complete, receipt received via email before I got to my gate.
