Hertz - Aberdeen - East Wishkah Arvostelua 

I am ordered a compact w gps & woman gave me a large suv which I didn’t want..then she gave me a midsize suv which I didn’t want..she then gave me a compact which she said had gps but she was wring it didn’t …4th car was what I wanted midsize compact act sedan w gps. …this took over an hour which was upsetting as she didn’t read the contract right & I am a gold card member from r many years. Very bad service!

Very good customer service, system was easy to use. I just wish they had the car I thought I was renting.

The rental price was high, but then I added full coverage on the vehicle since my auto insurance doesn’t cover me internationally, and that another 20%.
I rented in Aberdeen Scotland at the airport no problem, then dropped off 8 days later in Liverpool England but couldn’t find the location at the airport. After asking at multiple competitors a lady from Sixt called Hertz and was told the airport office was permanently closed, and I had to drop the car downtown, 30 minutes away. Luckily I didn’t have a flight to catch and I was staying at a hotel downtown, but I still wasted about an hour driving around. It seems Hertz isn’t very big in England and next time I should probably use Avis Budget, or Sixt.

The worst rental experience. I made a reservation online. I went to pick up rental and was informed my choosen vehicle was not available and all that was there to rent
Was a minivan which was an extra $100 out of my pocket. The representative could only
Answer select questions. His supervisor came to help someone before me and the supervisor was wearing sunglasses. They would not help cancel reservation but "supplied" the phone number to do so.
As my car was in repair shop, I missed a day of work.

All good but hard to find Herz on return. Signage could be better.

It was extremely easy and made traveling less stressful. The service is always great.

The car worked fine, though I'd never driven a hybrid. The radio didn't work correctly. The sound didn't work, it was off, too low, worked ok, back to no sound. And FM only had 5 stations.

Quick service and good car. I was in and out within minutes. The process was easy to rent the car. The car was ready and this location is easy to locate. close to the airport too.

It was easy to check in, grab the car and leave. It did not feel like I was being sold anything I did not need.

I was charged nearly $200 for "damage" to the rim of the car which should have been considered standard wear and tear. Because I dropped off the car without speaking to an attendant (none were around), I have limited options to push back. Very disappointing.

Je déconseille fortement cette agence, qui ressemble pour moi à une véritable arnaque organisée.

Dès l’arrivée au comptoir, des frais et assurances supplémentaires nous ont été imposés sous pression, avec un discours insistant qui met clairement le client mal à l’aise.

Le plus grave concerne l’état du véhicule. Nous n’avons pas reçu de copie claire et complète du constat au départ, ce qui nous a laissés dans l’incertitude totale concernant l’état exact de la voiture.

En utilisant le véhicule, nous avons découvert une grosse entaille sur le pneu avant gauche. Le pneu était clairement endommagé et cela représentait un vrai danger pour notre sécurité pendant le séjour. Heureusement, nous avons pris des photos horodatées dès que nous l’avons remarqué.

Au retour du véhicule, lorsque nous avons signalé le problème, la personne chargée de l’inspection a refusé de nous croire malgré les photos. Il a fallu longuement batailler pour prouver que le dommage était déjà présent avant nous.

Le plus suspect, c’est que lors de la vérification retour, l’employée est allée vérifier directement ce pneu précis, comme si le problème était déjà connu à l’avance. Cela donne fortement l’impression que cette anomalie n’avait volontairement pas été notée au départ afin d’essayer de faire payer les clients ensuite.

Entre les frais imposés sous pression, l’absence de documents clairs et un véhicule potentiellement dangereux, cette expérience a été extrêmement stressante et inquiétante.

Agence à éviter à tout prix.

De auto was prima in orde, netjes (van binnen en buiten), maar een heel klein steenslagputje kost een vermogen ter "reparatie". (Niet dat Hertz dit daadwerkelijk laat repareren...)
