Moving to a new provider

Chris explained in detail the package provided in moving to another company which will have better benefits and save some money. He is very helpful and left me in no doubt what the package will be

Comparisons made easy

We deal with the same person every year and it takes all the hassle out of looking for a better deal . Kris is the guy we deal with . I am really confident he gets the best deal for us .

This man is brilliant at his job!

Kris has been looking after us for some time now and has made us feel comfortable and secure at all times. He has always made sure that any claims we have made have been dealt with quickly and properly.
He has also made sure that we have got good value for our money with our Insurers.

An excellent client centred service

Heritage Health provides an excellent service .
I have had consistent support from the same member of the team over a number of years .
Chris is easy to access and offers excellent guidance through the minefield of choosing private Healthcare . He has also recently given advice during a period of difficulty in obtaining funding for a claim .

It is so refreshing to talk to the same consultant more than a couple of times. Kris knows our history and can advise options immediately which makes renewal easy, he is always on hand if needed and returns our calls.
I am sure without his input we would have left Heritage Health.
