In the beginning i was doubtful but i had heard good things about Henley. My initial interactions were responsive so that helped me to move forward.

My consultant Zoe was something else! I communicated to her that i was skeptical given our locations but she assured me it was not an issue! She was detailed, patient, responsive and went over every document with me. Where the requirements were a bit ambiguous she sort clarification for me.

The best part is end to end i received our approval within a year and just before christmas, the documents arrived 2 weeks later.

I recently completed my Nauru citizenship application through Henley & Partners, and I was thoroughly impressed by the professionalism and quality of service provided by the Dubai team throughout the entire process.

My first interaction was with Shen, who was the only advisor who personally followed up on my initial inquiry. He took the time to call me back on a weekend and spent nearly an hour walking me through the process, explaining the available options in detail and addressing all of my questions. As someone who had not previously worked with Henley & Partners, I had a number of concerns regarding the process, the firm’s regional presence, and its track record. Shen patiently addressed each of these points and gave me complete confidence in moving forward.

Once the process commenced, Aleks was assigned to guide me through the application. Given the significant amount of documentation involved in a citizenship application, her support was invaluable. She carefully advised me on the sequencing of documents and requirements, which helped streamline the entire experience and avoid unnecessary delays. Whenever I had questions regarding any aspect of the application forms, Aleks was readily available with clear and practical guidance. Her hands-on approach made what could have been a complex process remarkably manageable. The most impressive part was her knowledge of each field in the form and her ability to provide complete guidance for each field.

What stood out most was the level of ongoing engagement from the team. Shen continued to follow up throughout the application process, ensuring that everything progressed smoothly. In addition, after the documentation had been submitted, Aleks provided weekly status updates proactively—even when there was no new decision yet and they were simply awaiting a response. This level of communication gave me complete visibility and peace of mind throughout the process.

I would also like to highlight the transparency of the fee structure. All costs were clearly explained from the outset, including document attestation fees. Importantly, I was given the flexibility to either use Henley & Partners’ attestation service or arrange my own, which demonstrated a client-focused and transparent approach.

One particular aspect of the service deserves special recognition. I began my application when the Nauru program required a higher investment amount. During the course of my application, the program pricing was reduced. Shen proactively presented my case to the program coordinators and successfully advocated for me to benefit from the lower investment threshold. This was far beyond what I would normally expect from an advisor and reflected a genuine commitment to acting in the client’s best interests.

Overall, my experience with Henley & Partners Dubai team was exceptional. The professionalism, responsiveness, transparency, and client care demonstrated by Shen, Aleks, and the wider team exceeded my expectations.
