Helioclipse Arvostelua 

I bought a box of 100 glasses from Amazon - which had the printing error. They had advertised that they would replace those glasses free of charge within 48 - 72 hours of receiving proof. I sent in all that was supposedly required and on 16/08/26 I received this -

- I received no replacements - even though I have contacted the company a number of times now.
If they don't plan to replace their mistake, don't say they will. Very disappointed.

Came the day after the solar elicspe no emails of an update just a confirmation of buying but no update after that.
If you are buying buy in plenty of time.

Absolutely shocking service.
I ordered 12 pairs of solar glasses. Our group was highly anticipating viewing the eclipse on the 12/08/26. However, I was concerned about the delivery timing so I asked what the status was. After a couple of emails and without explanation, I was told my order was cancelled and I will be refunded!
Ordinarily I’d just accept this and move on but considering the significance of the event (the next eclipse being 2090!) we all feel hugely let down and disappointed.
If this is how they can treat us, this is how they could treat you!
