Excellent Customer Support

Excellent Customer Support from Tina Zhang. I was having some issues with getting MicroGen working to load programs and switch between programs. I thought it may have been faulty. But with Tina's support on teamviewer I was able to get it up and running properly. Thank you for the excellent customer support service. And the new cables arrived today. Very sturdy and user friendly. The cables make it much more efficient to use the MicroGen and identify what it is doing. Ros W, NSW

Amazing Customer Service and Amazing Product

After a short learning curve I have come to use my HeaWea daily for my multiple health issues. Kally Yao has helped me many times with quick answers and amazing customer service! I love the HeaWea, I love the company, and I love the people who work so hard to help us with our healing!

Very efficient support team

The support team is very efficient and highly knowledgeable, namely Zoey Jia. They reply immediately and listen attentively. This is my first time talking to the Heawea Online Support. Thank you so much for the support. I am so satisfied with the help given. Keep doing the great work u guys !

Great product

Great product, easy to get a hold of, they are very helpful. Good customer service! I have specifically worked with Lisa Zhang and she was wonderful. We really appreciate this new technology.👍
