Jean is the most patient person I have interacted with. Ever ready to help me with a query or a sample. Their quality is excellent. I have ordered multiple times, and have not had a single moment of disappointment with the canvases. And the finished product is even better. Every single piece of art I receive from them, takes my breath away. I wouldn't think twice to order from them repeatedly.

LOVE the final product-- I especially want to thank Jean D who helped me every step of the way- I did a custom picture of my dog- and its just beautiful.. there were plenty of supplies (beads) and I found the quality of everything to be very good!

I received this yesterday , and I cant believe I spent £38 on it . The ones I get from Amazon and Alixpress are just as good and cost no more than 5 or 6 pounds . Its such a rip off and so naughty . There is absolutely no difference in quality between the cheap ones and the heartful one. A disgrace !
Having sorted all the diamonds two colours were wrongly marked , Luckily i realised before I went further. This has also never happened with alixpress. Perhaps you need to look into your packers also !!!!!

This was a friendly, smooth transaction through the entire process! Heartful Diamonds is very customer-oriented which is very rare these days. Processing my order was quick considering it was all custom and the rendering of my dog's picture into a diamond portrait was amazing.

I am just in love with how this turned out I will say when I was doing it and up close I thought it wasn't right at all but when I took a step back I was blown away and the whole thing turned out amazing I will order another custom because the quality is amazing

I got a customized photo diamond set with the poor package. The canvas was twisted withmany wrinkles. After I finished the painting the some beads kept falling. I contacted to the staff. She told me they should have used more sticky glue. So disappointing as I have taken such a long time on it. I gave two stars only because the staff was friendly and keen to help but the quality was not worth to buy. I will not purchase again.

I was very pleased to have this "Heartful of Diamonds" picture delivered carefully to my address. I ordered it as a Christmas present for a close friend who is disabled and enjoys art working. It's such an unusual project and I know she will spend time enjoying making up this delightful picture.

A few years ago, I contacted a representative named Jean, she assisted me wit 2 customs, they were perfect and she was SO helpful. Just this week (October 27, 2022), I attempted to contact her again. SHE WAS STILL THERE AND STILL VERY HELPFUL. She assisted me with yet another custom, but this one was a bit harder, yet she got the template perfect and it is already on it's way! I love Heartful Diamonds. I have ordered a few customs from them. The results have always been good. As I do mostly customs, having a responsive group to work with is important to me. They are always working to help you have a good experience and a great result with your project.

They converted a picture into diamond art. Wow! Turned out amazing. The only potential negative, which wasn't really a negative for me: if you're in hurry to get the kit from a picture, it did take about 2 weeks. However, this wasn't an issue for me. I was short about 50 drills of just one color but these were promptly sent to me so no ding there! There was no shortage on any other colors, they sent more than enough.

I love your company, and your product. I would recommend heart full diamond to my friends.

I ordered 2 custom photo diamond paintings to do for my kids for xmas gifts. The ordering process was super easy, received a preview to approve few days later. Tracking info updates came regularly too. Questions answered promptly. Finished products were amazing! Just ordered one to do for myself of the 4 grandkids. Cant wait to receive it and get started!!!

I uploaded a photo to Heartful Diamond's site and was sent all of the materials for the project in a timely manner. The photo was transferred to a 16"x 20" canvas. My finished diamond painting looks unbelievable-- just like the original photo but with 5D diamond drills! Heartful Diamonds was responsive and supportive. I would definitely recommend!

I am so happy with Heartful Diamonds and their splendid work with the canvas. I've tried a few other's canvases but they are not att all in the same cathegory. And the service is super! I live in Finland and it takes some time to get the paintings but they always suggest freight alternatives if needed. You are the best!
