Hello Mrs Gibson, we're very sorry you feel this way and I'm not sure exactly what more we could of do for you? We are a wax removal service and we don't give cuddles at appointments. We removed your wax so you can hear. We did that for you. I can't put a cuddle on the menu sorry.

Excellent service. Very easy to book and staff were courteous and polite. Both ears unplugged in under 15 minutes and amazing to hear again!

Second visit charge rip off.
I felt that when I was told a second visit was need at a extra cost, I felt that I was being ripped off.
Initially I followed all instructions regarding putting the oil in my ears.
I refused to come back.
I honestly think you need to review your second charges.
I will not recommend you to anyone.

Hello Mr Jones, we're very sorry you feel this way. Ear wax doesn't get exceptionally hard overnight. You've done a great job of avoiding an ear cleaning appointment for as long as possible and you definitely hadn't put in enough oil. On a positive note, we've got out as much as possible making the job easier for the next clinician, which of course won't be us :)

I arrived on time went straight in the area was spotless I had my ear syringe I could hear the grass grow I did not feel a thing the nurse was brilliant I will definitely go back again .

Not impressed at all really, wouldn’t use or try to use again, arranged appointment for 9am, had email confirmation time and date.
I arrived and there was nobody there and the doors were locked. Lost a morning’s work and a 20mile round trip…rubbish 😊

I found the staff rude. My appointment times and locations…
My appointment times and locations changed 3 times within one week of calling to book a treatment. Having wished to go to chester I then agreed to travel to Heswall. I found The receptionist there to be abrupt and rude on the telephone.
In my opinion, the way my appointment was handled was unprofessional and the company appeared dis-organised. I personally felt , if they can’t get one appointment booking correct, it gave me little faith, hence I cancelled my appointment.
I could not recommend this company based upon my findings of rude, unpleasant staff.
