Really disappointed
Really disappointed . I ordered a supplement, first ever purchase from Healthspan, it didn't arrive after 10 days so I asked for a replacement to be sent. No tracking info available. No email telling me where the delivery was or if it had supposedly been delivered. They said they would send a replacement via Royal Mail, and after a month since I placed the order it's still never arrived. The address I provided is correct and I've never in the five years I've lived here had a problem with receiving Royal Mail post. All they are offering is to send a replacement the same way again.

Value for money health products
The health products I have from Healthspan are on a continuous rolling order. The products are very good quality (not the cheapest but good value for money)and Healthspan ensure that I never run out of stock. Altogether a good experience.

Cancelled my subscription for products…but apparently not…
Cancelled my subscription for products due to a change in circumstances and pricing structures.
Subscription continued… Cancelled a second time, subscription continued. Cancelled once again…
I have just received a reminder my subscription items are ready for despatch…so this is third time “lucky.”
This is over the last 7 months. Each cancellation has been made over the phone, not by email.
I really like Healthspan products, I have been a customer for more than 25 years, although a massive price increase on certain items over the last 5 years is making me much more selective in ordering from their vast range (too many / unnecessary)
I certainly don’t need reminding that EVERYTHING we now buy has increased, but a 35% increase on one item I buy frequently seems rather excessive.
Their customer service is excellent, but the subscription system doesn’t seem to work.
I had the same problem years ago when I cancelled my subscriptions.

Bit disappointed, my plant sterols arrived in very plain packaging with no information leaflet or details on dosage. Makes me question their authenticity.
