AFTER I MADE THE PURCHASE FOR THIS deceptive costs advertising i was shock to see they ask for more money. good scheme. Company advertises a package (£90 special offer!) to include 100% online course. I wanted e-learning specifically but once I paid the money the option for e-learning was part of the 'fast certification package' which (you guessed it) was an additional £30 plus vat. I think this is officially called 'predatory pricing' or 'taking the customer for a ride' in my local parlance. Now I will wait to contact my bank and cancel the payment. i will not even bother calling them. Truly i will avoid this company. you are a discrace
