I have one comment that interest rate and fees are very very high, which kills small business to do business and negatively effects on humanity.

I feel completely duped!! You quoted 5.83%, not the actual 74.05% APR! You would expect over $7000 interest on a $13,600 Draw? I fully expect that you'll try to "automatically" draw on my account, even after I pay the funds back.

The customer service was terrific. I am so happy to have a company that believes in my business. This company listened to my needs and met them.

DO NOT do business with Headway Capital.

First off, if you are late or delayed in payment for any reason a single time, they immediate put a lien on your business and you can't get the lien removed until you pay the loan off or have a perfect payment history for 12 months. It's in the fine print, read it. No forgiveness, no breaks.

Then, if you want to move a payment date or renegotiate terms, they will accelerate your payment schedule and have the loan come due in a shorter amount of time.

If you do business with the devil, you're going to get burned, don't do it.

The whole process was very easy, Chris was always available for any questions we had. We got funded in a couple days after acceptance of our offer. We will be using Headway for the foreseeable future.

Money was available quickly at the time of need, is the best thing for this Line of Credit account. The APR of 35% is most discouraging here which is available at 10% to 15 % APR elsewhere. However Headway Capital merits where small amount required quickly. For larger amount from others it might merit couple of days procedural waiting with much lower rate.

Headway Capital's methods, rates and fees are deceptive and unethical. My line of credit was verbally disclosed at the "monthly periodic rate", not the APR. There is an enormous difference between 5.83% and 73.99%. I am in the process of filing a complaint with the Illinois Attorney General's office Consumer Fraud department. I am sure you hear this all the time and could care less. I strongly suggest everyone with a similar experience does the same thing.
