My package was lost at no fault of the seller. As a panicked customer the seller handled the situation extremely well and I cannot fault them.

Following recent purchase of green abstraction framed canvas as a gift, I loved the artwork so much, I bought another 2 (for myself)!

This time round black framed canvases in grey horizon (medium) and smoke and stone (large), both arrived safe and sound. Both now complete my living room and hallway.

Quality artwork. Would highly recommend.

What an absolute shambles. Ordered art well in advance of a specific date needed. It has not been delivered - would now only cost them a small amount of money to expedite this to next day shipping to resolve the situation.
Bland email reply ( eventually) telling me nothing more. They are a complete mess.
Do yourself a favour and order elsewhere.

I have had a terrible experience with this company due to the item not being delivered and refusal of issuing a refund. I ordered 3 pictures that were supposedly delivered via Evri. When I looked at the proof of delivery photo it was delivered to a different address. I got in touch with Evri who told me to contact HD Art who then emailed me stating it’s been delivered and no refund will be issued. Disgusting service so my only option is contacting trading standards. STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY.
Got an email back saying they had a new customer service agent who shouldn’t have told me I wasn’t getting a refund.
Refunded arrived in my account on the 30th of May.

Whilst our original order never arrived, a replacement was sent, however the medium was not what we ordered. The Team at HD London Art dealt with the mix up (thanks Christine) & the correct Artwork Finally arrived & looks stunning up.

What an Amazing Company this is ! They helped me through everything! Staff there are exceptional.Will definitely be ordering again in the near future!

My personal experience with the company has been extremely great! Although it took a while to receive my order or sometimes to wait on their response through email, I was satisfied with the final outcome. When my parcel was delivered, both of my art prints alongside their frames were actually damaged during transit. However, I only noticed the damage on the second product weeks later when they sent me a new replacement for the one I reported. When I sent out another email to make the second report, they kindly delivered another replacement. The wall of our room was bare for a good few weeks, but there was no rush for it. We were grateful that things got sorted out in the end without difficulties. Thank you Christine for helping us out.

Update: I can confirm that customer service resolved my issue and arranged redelivery of my canvas, which arrived promptly. The merchandise was lovely, and met my expectations, though it was slightly lighter than anticipated. I was offered a gesture of goodwill, which I appreciated. While the journey was challenging, I’m pleased that it ultimately led to a positive outcome.

I purchased a canvas but mistakenly selected the wrong frame colour. I wanted to notify the company urgently by phone, but that wasn't an option. After reaching out via email and Instagram, I eventually received confirmation that the frame colour had been corrected and the item dispatched, with tracking details to follow.

However, 12 days later—despite multiple emails, which often take up to two days to receive a response—I still have no tracking information and no delivery. I held off posting my review, hoping the situation would improve, but unfortunately, that hasn't been the case.

Amazing prices and very impressed with quality when it came. Customer service was a bit bad getting back to me on changing my order but got there in the end so overall would recommend and buy again .

Beautiful artwork, exactly what I was looking for. Ordered on 9 March and arrived well packaged on15 March. I was worried about the delivery time and what the quality would be like but I needn’t have worried. Room not finished as yet but prints will look amazing when hung.

Fantastic service, received within the timeframe allocated, came well packaged and prints are superb quality and look far more expensive than they actually were. A+++

My journey with this business has been nothing but stressful. I was extremely apprehensive but I took a leap of faith and went ahead with an order. Firstly, I have not received my order as promised as there is a delay. No contact from the business to make me aware, I emailed them (numerous times and sent an DM)and they advised there is an issue that is causing a delay. I researched the business and to my surprise other customers were experiencing the same issue weeks before I placed my order, so instead of updating their website to reflect these delays they chose to continue as usual. I advised them that I am leaving country in a week’s time so this is the timeframe you have to rectify this situation. They apologised and advised on the 5th working day that they have shipped the order via express delivery, but to my surprise they have printed the label and have yet to even hand it over to the courier, so the order has been sat with them over the weekend.
I have no other choice but to take matters into my own hands to get this order cancelled with the bank and my funds returned. I cannot trust that they are who they claim they are.

I am really pleased with the framed pair of canvas pictures that I ordered. They are of great quality, the service was efficient and communicative throughout and they give new depth to my living room. Thank you 😊.

Really pleased with the canvases I ordered and the prompt and efficient customer service when one arrived damaged. The website works brilliantly and options for each picture is great. Also ordered 2 prints which are high quality and waiting to be taken to be framed and hung in our holiday home. I would recommend this company and look forward to buying more pictures. Thank you.
