When things go wrong....

Given enough time, mistakes will happen. After years of buying from HDIS, I experienced the first shipping error. A rare issue after several years.

This is when you find out how good a supplier is; not when all goes well, but when it does not.

HDIS resolved this problem promptly, during the Covid crisis, and at no cost to me or argument.

HDIS IS the definition of customer service. I can offer the highest recommendation for HDIS customer service.
