4 months in a row of issues with my child's order. Every and I mean every time I call, which is multiple times each month, the first go to is "I'm sorry but our new system". After more than a full quarter don't you think you'd figure it out? Meanwhile, this will be the second time in 4 months that we will go a full month without getting the services we're supposed to. Totally lost and I feel badly for the customer service reps, they must hate going to work.

Had to call HDIS today after hubs told me the’d. Called but both he and the caller agreed not to wake me up to talk. I spoke with the person who answered the phone Nicki from whom I got good and bad news. Bad news stated that what I had ordered had been discontinued and was to offer me a replacement. I ended up getting the offer for a year. It’s good offer and it was good news. I am very pleased with Nicki and her patience with me and her great offer

I was told that my replacement for the August half order that I did not receive was in the Aurora Center yesterday, and would be arriving by evening last night. I have been told this numerous times for the last two weeks, and it still has not arrived. Then I was told that I would not be able to get a September shipment at all because of your delay of getting my August shipment to me. But you got paid by medicaid for both shipments! I will be turning this into them as to you getting the money and not providing the merchandise!

Here we go AGAIN! HDIS is getting HORRIBLE! Last month they shipped HALF of my order and then it was wrong. When I called them they supposedly fixed it but nothing came. I called again and was told to wait a couple of days. Umm, you're not the one that has to worry about soiling your pants! Of course I called again, this time they supposedly fixed it but guess what HALF of order and wrong supplies again! Today I get a call from them confirming my shipment for 08/08/22 ok fine. They THEN call me back saying that my prescription needs to be renewed by my Dr. And they can't ship anything until then. THREE weeks before I am due for more supplies! I am finding out that I cannot rely on HDIS

Website is a nightmare. Website won’t accept correct payment method and will not allow you to delete items from cart. Spent over an hour trying to place an order. Final just gave up! You want me edit my review a I the website really really sucks

Customer service is extremely rude and refuses to send my son's order. All we told them was he needed small instead of extra small. For a month it's been back and forth between HDIS and our Doctor with HDIS refusing to process anything or help us smooth the process out. Meanwhile we are about to have to use towels as my son is running put of diaper and noone locally can supply them and HDIS doesn't care

Haughty and arrogent when I had questions about pricing. They give you a deal going in but then jack up the price.

Robin was especially helpful in a complicated situation. But she handled everything with efficiency and humor.

The people so help full I got my order and everything I order abd they help we with us what I need thank you so

I used HDIS for my mother's supplies in her final years. The delivery service was a great help to me, and they had the various supplies that I needed. Any time that I needed help with my order, or had questions about the products, the representatives were unfailing polite. I now have a job that has me often interfacing with customers on the phone. I often think of the HDIS representatives and try to use their kind and helpful service as a role model in my own work.

3rd month with no notification or any communication whatsoever!!!
Looking for another provider.
I shouldn't have to hunt down my son's pull-ups. The last time I heard from them was when I posted a review. Very pitiful!

If you decide to stop auto ship orders CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE. I found out the hard way removing your auto ship and credit card information from your account does absolutely nothing. You will will be shipped and billed for product. They will, very politely, advise you to refuse shipment, or call customer service to schedule a pick up and then you can wait for a credit to your bank card. As for my choice to return, when I was told the auto ship and credit card information was still showing on their end the trust that a credit would be applied was simply not there. I chose to keep the product.

Geepers!! Sad to see so many negative reviews…I am certain that supply chains have recently disrupted what is normal.
Have used HDIS happily for over 30 years. We are a 2 generation family…first my mom…now me, aged 87. It was/is comforting to rely on HDIS. Mom and I were home bound many years. Although there is a super Walmart 3miles from here, home delivery makes sense. I have lots of storage space so I order for 6 months. Never, in all that time, have I experienced anything than friendly, rapid, professional service. The products are top quality. Those of you who have had problems, please give them a second chance.
PS At ST. Francis Hospital, Hartford CT, I was given stretchable, disposable mesh pants. They are incredibly functional. Wish I could order them from you.

Pest calling uninvited that needs to have charges pressed upon this company! I have reported them and instructed to bring charges against them for their robo calls!!!

Absolutely horrible service. New script was do in JULY. NO ONE NOTIFIED ME! BY SEPT I FINALLY CALLED WONDERING Y I HADNT GOTTEN A DELIVERY. THEN THEY INSISTED I ACTUALLY HAD TO GO 8N A SPEAK TO MY DR ABOUT IT. THAT TOOK ANOTHER MONTH TO GET IN. THEN I FIND OUT THAT THE FAX SENT TO DR WAS FIR PEDIACTRIC PULL UPS!!! NOW I HAVE TO WAIT GOD KNOWS HOW MUCH LONGER TO GET MY PRODUCTS!!!!

Was having problems with an order and customer service helped me get it done.

For the most part you are a good company and have good products I just think your prices are too high for my budget.
Number 2, I do not like your website for ordering. It is easier for me to order that way as oppose to chat and phone but it is troublesome everytime I go to
use it, but I plug on never-the-less or forget it and purchase somewhere else.
Those are my reason for a 3 star.

I had an issue with one of HDIS products that I have been using for awhile. CSR Unique addressed the situation at once and came up with a favorable resolution. She was friendly and professional at the same time.

The products are good and the delivery is prompt.

My aunt Bonnie Fields ordered over $100 worth of underwear and other products about a month ago for her and her sister Geraldine Harris. The lady who originally took the order was SO nice and helpful, told her that she was also sending out a box of samples of other products to try such as bed pads, wipes etc, which never came. My Aunt called back to ask about it and was treated rudely by a man that she spoke with, like he was annoyed that she was calling. First said we had already received the package on Aug 19, which we didnt, then said it was tracked somewhere in Oklahoma. Told her he would resend, but if we didnt get it this time they would not send again. So rude! You lost what would have been a great re-ordering customer.
