Thank you for taking the time to leave us a positive review!
We are sorry that you have experienced delay with our next working day delivery service.
We work hard to ensure our orders are delivered next working day but we do use third-party couriers, meaning other factors can affect and impact your delivery once it leaves us.
Apologies for any inconvenience caused.
Many thanks,
Lauren

Hi there,
We are sorry that you feel this way. As we use third party couriers, we do the best to give the most accurate information about deliveries and keep our customers up to date if there are any delays, passing on the message relayed to us by the couriers we use.
We always do our best to ensure deliveries are made on time, but occasionally we can be let down by our third party couriers.
Sincere apologies that you feel this way and please rest assured we always endeavour to give the most accurate information we can.

Terrible experience with HB
Terrible experience with HB. This is the third time this has happened and I have now boycotted this company for good (after giving them chances). My order was delayed considerably after realizing that someone in their packing department processed the incorrect delivery address and therefore instructions to DHL were incorrect. My order was never delivered and I lost my two clients due to the products not being delivered. This isn’t the first time where HB has processed my delivery address incorrectly. The other experience I had with HB was they sent me chocolate buttons/chips (what I ordered) and the bag of chocolate was completed ripped and the chocolate buttons/chips were scattered in the outer box - the chocolate couldn’t be used and had to be thrown away.
HB may be reasonable in a pricing point (compared to Thomas Ridley) however their customer service is shocking and terrible.

Good morning,
Sincere apologies that you weren't happy with the service from us. Whilst we do everything we can to avoid human errors, occasionally these can still occur and we sincerely apologise that you were affected by this.
Unfortunately the courier did not make us aware of any address issue until it was too late, and I understand your need to cancel the order for a full refund.
I did apply some loyalty points to your online account to use against another order with us should you wish.
Once again, sincere apologies for the error and the inconvenience caused.

Thank you for your honest feedback—we truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.
We understand your concerns regarding delivery costs. As we rely on third-party couriers, these charges are unfortunately outside of our direct control.
To help minimise delivery fees, we recommend combining orders where possible to meet our £150 minimum spend for free delivery.
Kind regards,
Lauren
