HBH Woolacotts Arvostelua

I have used this company for over 20 years and I can't fault the service they provide .

The staff in the store are very knowledgeable on their products. Have bought several large white goods. If a repair is needed it is done swiftly. Would definitely recommend a visit.

Recently had the need for a Liebherr Fridge/Freezer repair and was referred to Woolacotts by the manufacturer.

What a fabulous service from Anthony Bretherick and team. It's not often you experience truly excellent customer service like this. Genuinely concerned and exceptionally helpful, thank you.

Amazing service from Dave & Zak who installed the fridge freezer

Superb service and our generic go too electrical store Bude. Again Jay was first class in service , helpfullnrss etc . Staff are also excellent.
Great company.

Excellent service. Oven ordered and 3 days later it was delivered and installed. Would highly recommend using this business.

After a total failure of our old freezer, a call to the store at 5.20 resulted in a new fridge freezer purchase and a delivery slot of the following morning. The whole team at Barnstaple branch went above and beyond to help us out.

Very happy with the service given by Woolacotts. Delivery men were polite and careful bringing the freezer inside. There was an issue on the size as differed from the website but this was rectified very quickly by the sales team. Would certainly use them again.

Used HBH Woolacotts many times before and will use again. Top people.

GREAT PRESALES AND AFTERSALES ADVICE AND INSTALLATION KATEE THE CUSTOMER ADVISOR WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE AND FRIENDLY RILEY AND COLIN WERE EXPERT AND PERSONABLE INSTALLERS EXCELLENT OVERALL EXPERIENCE

Can I give Woolacotts a six? Outstanding and professional service from Ollie and Kei for their knowledge and helping us overcome difficulties with our experience with RM and Hotpoint (now Beko). Excellent help, delivery and installation. I will always use a real local retailer from now on. No more online. Happy to be helped!

Five stars just on placing the order. Immeadiate phone call to ensure I had realised that this is an ex-display model and very helpful service over the delivery. Well liked and trusted local supplier.

We have been with Woolacotts for years and Always had excellent service. Staff always polite and helpful. I would highly recommend this company.

Taking the time to write this review because the whole Woolacotts shopping experience really deserves it.

The range and quality of products is amazing but the people who work there take Woolacotts to a whole new level. They are knowledgeable, engaged and helpful without being pushy. As a customer you know you can ask questions and they will have the answers and will genuinely help you get the product you need.

The most recent shopping experience was 05/09/26. We were helped by a member of staff called Clayton, who could not have been more helpful, taking time to provide great advice and insight through the whole process.

Very helpful and personable staff member (Jessica)

Outstanding customer service

Fab service from the St Austell branch! The gent who helped me choose my new hob was brilliant and highly informative. When the first hob I bought didn’t fit, Woolacotts quickly arranged a replacement and took away my broken one. Even when the replacement had a minor, unrelated issue (through no fault of theirs!), they sorted it super quick and I now have a lovely new hob! The customer service, delivery, and fitting teams were all fantastic, highly recommend!

Excellent service and advice, not pressurised at all.

Brilliant company. Such friendly helpful staff. Great choice of products competitively priced. Have bought from this company several times and each time the service has been exceptional. I cannot recommend them enough. Great Cornish company.
