Amazing experience when booking our…

Amazing experience when booking our short break with Hays. Megan was fantastic and efficient with all aspects of the booking process, especially with the choice we made. She was friendly and helpful throughout. I would highly recommend Hays to anyone who is looking for a friendly and effective service.

A full and thorough service.

The office manager had taken time to put together the holiday package that we had requested - giving various options to tailor make the trip. When we went into the office he provided clarity for our questions, and that in turn allowed us to make the right decisions on the booking.

Hays travel really helped me when I had…

Hays travel really helped me when I had to postpone my trip for health reasons. My cruise company were reluctant to allow the rebooking without severe financial penalties, but Hays pressured them to allow the change, free of charge. Thank you Hays.
