Exceeding expectations
We went to the Whitley Bay branch of Hays looking at possibly booking a last minute holiday in the sun. The representative listened intently to our requirements and found us a week in Ibiza which met all our requirements. The booking process was very efficient and we left with all the documentation we needed to get us ready for our break. A thank you and shout out to Jaime for her help and guidance in the process.

Your splendid young lady
Your young lady, Emma was excellent. She greeted me warmly with a smile and introduced herself and asked me precisely what I was looking for. She offered me a selection and I changed my mind twice on the destination and she just went with my flow. Eventually she found just what I was looking for.
Once the paper work was completed she took time to go through it and fully explain it.

I received a personal service from Emily and the rest of the team.
The trip(Cruise) has been booked at short notice and she had to coordinate the booking of the Ship together with a Coach availability from Newcastle to Southampton and me organising my linking transport etc.

When we walked through the door Emily caught our eye and invited us over with a smile. She listened to us and got straight to work finding us a range of holidays to select from - of course we chose the first one!
