Excellent service

NOT IMPRESSED!!! WILL NEVER USE OR RECOMMEND
Booked anniversary holiday, specifically asked for the airline seats to be together including a window. Told everything sorted so paid deposit of £1400. Conformation arrived next day, after checking NO seats booked. Returned and told they couldn't reserve seat until balance paid another £9500. Checked myself on airline website NO seats together!!!! Asked for different options without success. Only option was to cancel.
NO HOLIDAY / NO DEPOSIT RETURNED / LOST £1400
UTTER WASTE OF TIME & MONEY!!
