Hays Travel - Wakefield Arvostelua 

Charlotte was amazing. I do suffer with stress and anxiety she made it absolutely pleasurable a credit to you company. Very informative and puts people at ease. Im sure I'll be back to book another for next year.

From the greeting from the door, the clear information received about the booking and completion of the arrangements, everything was friendly, relaxed and extremely helpful. A special shout out to Sam and Emma.

We booked a once in lifetime package holiday to Las Vegas for the F1 weekend with Hays travel Wakefield in April 2025.
November 25 After nearly 24 hours of travelling we arrived exhausted at the MGN grand hotel complex at 23.30hr only to be told we had not a reservation or booking even though we had all the paperwork from Hays confirming this. After over an hour standing at the hotel reception, worrying, the amazing staff at the MGN grand found us a room on the busiest weekend of the year ( though I had to give them my credit card details ). After serveral calls and emails to Hays we spoke to someone in their head office who informed us that they had booked our reservation for the wrong date!!!! Every day we had to queue in reception to find out what was going on and were informed we would have to settle the bill on leaving
( this impacted our holiday as we had not budgeted for this). So what should've been a simple job of contacting MGN grand to sort this out took a further 5 days and was only sorted out the day before our departure.

On our return home I handed to the branch manager of Hays Wakefield a complaint on 29/11/25 who agreed with me this was unaceptable and would be probably be sorted out within a week. A few days later 02/12/25 I got an acknowledgedment of the complaint and there would have to be an investigation into this. I heard nothing and contacted my credit card company for a refund. Hays only got in touch 29/01/26 after taking the money back on my credit card saying it was human error. to be contiued .......

Thankyou Hayes travel-Wakefield for making our first package holiday experience stress free and easy. I would recommend Hayes travel for any holiday.

Emma at the Wakefield branch was absolutely fantastic, we knew we wanted a Greek island, but wasn't sure which one.
Emma went through every possibility and even pulled Santorini out of the bag.
We wouldn't have even dreamt that that would have been in our budget but it was.

As repeat visitors to the Wakefield branch, we once again spoke to Sam the manager. He has undertaken the booking of all our holidays for a few years, so he knows what our requirements are.

We give him the basics and off he goes and within no time at all, we are discussing which one we want.

We have of course have dealt with other staff members, who are also as knowledgeable and as proficient.

We don’t go anywhere else, it’s all done there, plane seats the lot!

They even do the “Check In”, so all you have to do is collect the tickets etc.

Recommend to the highest degree. Cheers guys, your the best!!

Overall a great helpful experience.
They just forgot to take off my cash deposit I had paid so my invoice had the wrong outstanding amount on it.
Called back into the branch the next day and they already knew the mistake they had made.
Would have been nice to have a phone call explaining the mistake that was made.

From first going into the travel Agent last week the assistant Anabela was extremely welcoming.We discussed various options and possibilities. This was followed up with emails detailing the information requested. Once the cruise of choice was selected a simple phone call secured the booking with everything that we personalised included. Emails were swiftly sent with all the required documents. We were very happy with the professional service we received from Anabela and were reassured to contact if any further assistance is required.
We would not hesitate to recommend anyone to choose Hays Wakefield to book a holiday in the future.
