They were very informative and helpful from my initial visit, where they took details of what I was looking for, right through to when I booked.
The communication was first rate - quick, efficient and above all friendly.
The staff were also very patient when I was unsure or wanted to check out alternatives.

The girl was very good but we weren’t offered any discount we had to ask if there was any movement and there was. The girl said if there was anything else that we needed to know just pop in and ask so this is nice to know.

Nadine was helpful, kind, informative and thorough. We felt confident to book our holiday straight away. Lewis who was also in the office had recently traveled to San Francisco as well and his local information was very helpful.

Efficient service
Hays Taunton were very quick in responding to my email with several suggestions for a Lake Garda holiday. When we decided where to stay, Abi dealt with our booking efficiently and even found a greater discount. All in all a smooth transaction.
