Always "go the extra mile" and call back when they say they will. Have booked 2 cruises and 1 resort holiday in the last 3 years with Hays and all experiences with various staff there have been exceptional.

Steam Train Trip To America
Hi...
Well, i wanted to fly to St.Louis, to go and see a Steam Train called
Union Pacific Big Boy No.4014.
It was going from one side of America to the other, to celebrate America 250th Anniversary.
It is literally a once in a lifetime event....and for a Steam Railway fan like me.....it was a must...
I went into Hays Travel Southend, and explained to the staff there, what my plan was, and could they help....
Well, i can honestly say, the staff there, have been absolutely fantastic. Exemplary. Because of the short time, before i am due to leave, the staff have managed to arrange everything......in 2 days !!!!!
Flights, hotel, insurance, money, the whole lot...
And can i say, that Amy and Sam are absolute legends. I can not thank them enough for bringing my dream to life, so i can go see the BIGGEST Steam Loco , in the world. For arranging everything, and....getting me a great deal as well....
They were polite, helpfull, and explained everything to me, throughout the whole booking process, and even help me download stuff on my phone.
Hays.....these 2 ladies are a credit to your company...
The service i have received, has been exemplary, and i have already decided, future trips, will be booked......with Hays Travel from now on.
Thankyou for everything.
You are amazing.
And....i recommend Hays Travel 100% for your travel needs. They are brilliant.....you will not go wrong..
