My friend and I wanted to book a much needed holiday and Amy in the Southbourne branch was wonderful. She found various places in our price range and took time explaining things thoroughly. She booked our hotel, flights, insurance, plane seats, car parking place, everything we needed to take the pressure off us. She was very patient and didn’t hurry or pressurise us at all. We dropped into the Southbourne branch of Hayes at the weekend.
We met Chris Pullman whom we have known for years. As usual she gave us lots of time and went through the various holidays in detail weighing up the pros and cons in detail of each. In the end we opted for a weeks holiday in Turkey.
