This is my first time using Hays Travel and I walked into the store and was immediately given attention by Jess who has now worked with us to complete all the details of our holiday booking. I wanted to change up from the grind and sometime issues that DIY bookings on the internet can generate for the wrapper of an accredited and ABTA/ATOL backed agency, plus the local knowledge and experience Jess was able to add to the planning.

I’m profoundly deaf therefore can’t use phone - tried Facebook messenger to make a booking - took a good few hours as constantly had to wait for someone to get back to me. Eventually got through and paid my deposit - was told I would get confirmation of booking by end of play last night ….. still haven’t received anything ??

Popped into Sidmouth Hays and was looked after by super helpful Shaun. As potential 1st Time Cruisers he took time to explain everything and guide us. Not pushy and didn't try to up-sell us; he was very professional and efficient and even sorted out the car parking!. Can't wait for December and our trip!
