Booked a cruise for 6 ladies , Harry the travel agent in S andbach was very helpful, and sorted it all out for us, booked cruise last year and was very satisfied with the service, we had a problem on ship, not allowed off owing to an unknown virus on board, they even phoned me to check if we were all ok

Happy staff first class service
The staff are amazing at Hays Sandbach all so helpful patient and do their best to find a holiday suitable for a wide age range that meets our requirements. Lovely staff
Staff in my local (Sandbach) shop are a pleasure to deal with. In particular Rachel who spent some time looking at numerous holiday options for me over several visits, and booking a trip.

I went to the Sandbach store rachel listened to what I wanted about the holiday she gave me a rough quote as I dont drive so needed ease of access to get to places. She took my email address and phone number i wasn't expecting an email reply back so quickly it was a good offer and I came back into the store book my holiday
