1st class service from Elaine

1st class service from Elaine, in the Rutherglen branch. Always called back when she said she would & was very informative & helpful especially when there were only two staff in the shop that day! Above & beyond.

Debbi was great

Debbi was great , usually go on on line to pick our holidays but couldn't get the dates we wanted so went to Hays to see if they could & they did even helped us make the decision to pick somewhere different for a change so thanku Debbi.

Easy to find and book travel…

Staff were very pleasant and listened to what it was I wanted and found my holiday very quickly. It was all sorted out for me in a timely manner.
