The sales agent was very friendly and helpful. She listened to what we wanted and gave us a good range of holidays to look at. She wasn't pushy at all and it was no effort to go back and look at each hotel.

Sean was patient.
Sean was very patient with me I think I was there for at least 2½ hours getting quotes for a holiday off our bucket list. Had to go home to talk to my husband. We both returned the next day. It was Sean's weekend off. But a very kind lady carried on with our booking and answered a couple of questions and then completed the
transaction. Very satisfied.
